Deposit and prepayment policies:
-A Non refundable deposit of €200.00 is taken upon booking.
-The Balance is Automatically taken from the Credit card you booked with 8 weeks prior to arrival . A confirmation email will be sent to your email upon payment .

Cancellation Policy :
-A non refundable deposit of €200.00 is taken upon booking
-Cancellations up to 60 days (8 weeks) of the check-in date, the following fee will be applied → €552
Cancellations within the 42 days ( 6 weeks) before arrival date , the following fee will be applied-€1104

Cards Accepted at this Property:
-Nellie’s Farmhouse accepts (Mastercard and Visa) and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit:
-A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
-Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Damage and Hot Tub Policies:
-An email is sent to the guest in regards to the damage and hot tub policies.

Child Policies:
-Adults only
-We reserve the right to refuse children under the age of 13 yrs if they arrive on the property without the owners knowledge as the property is not suitable for small children

Age Restriction
-Adults only permitted on the property.

Smoking:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Meter Charges:
-Electricity and heating are charged per unit (this is checked upon arrival and departure).

Quiet Hours:
-Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 10:00.

Pets:
-Pets are not allowed.
