Pre Arrival Information
Please note:
- We charge on departure for metered use of utilities (Electricity and Heating). As usage fluctuates between guests & seasons, rather than adding the maximum to all bookings we just charge what the utility companies charge us. We will check the meters with you on arrival & departure
- A damage deposit is required on arrival of €350 cash, this is returned at departure once the property has been checked over.
- After booking Nellie’s Farmhouse, there will be an email sent to the guest in regards to our damage and hot tub policies.
- If you would like us to arrange half kegs for the bar, we can do this on request and have it set up for you before you arrive for a fee.
- Adults only property
- We Reserve the right to refuse children under the age of 13 yrs if they arrive on the property without the owners knowledge as the property is not suitable for small children
- The maximum staying in the farmhouse is 8 people , any extra people on the premise will result in you not receiving your Damage deposit back
